Each player is permitted a single registered account on taraplay. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of balances.
taraplay operates under PAGCOR licensing. All games are independently audited for fairness. Player funds are held separately from operational funds. Disputes may be escalated through PAGCOR's regulatory channels.

Any player found to have registered while below the legal minimum age will have their Account immediately suspended, all Bonus Balances permanently forfeited, and Real Money Balances returned to the depositing payment source net of any applicable processing charges, at taraplay's sole discretion.

taraplay accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, BDO Online, BPI Online, Metrobank, USDT (TRC-20), and Bitcoin. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise stated for cryptocurrency transactions, which are converted at the prevailing rate at the time of transaction.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within your taraplay account dashboard at the time of each transaction. These limits may be subject to change at taraplay's discretion. Higher-tier VIP players may be eligible for elevated transaction limits.
Withdrawal requests submitted by Players who have completed KYC verification are processed by taraplay as follows: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within 15 minutes of approval; bank transfers to BDO, BPI, and Metrobank are typically completed within one to three business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required.
Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in the same name as the taraplay Account. taraplay reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal where fraud, money laundering, or Terms violations are reasonably suspected. Active bonus funds subject to wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fully satisfied.
Accounts that remain inactive (no login activity) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months and carry a Real Money Balance may become subject to a monthly administration fee as described in the fee schedule available in the Account dashboard. Players will be notified by email prior to any such deductions commencing.
Promotional offers made available by taraplay are subject to individual bonus terms, which specify eligible games, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus play. These specific bonus terms take precedence over this general clause where they conflict.
Bonus Balances are subject to wagering requirements, which must be completed before any portion of the Bonus Balance or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have bonus balances and associated winnings forfeited and may be permanently suspended.
taraplay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Promotions are intended for recreational players only and taraplay reserves the right to decline participation in any promotion to any individual at its sole discretion.

The results of all games are determined by these certified RNG engines and are mathematically random. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, network disruptions, and third-party service failures may affect availability. taraplay accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform unavailability outside of its reasonable control.
taraplay collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes the use of your data for KYC verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory reporting obligations under Philippine law.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or to the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
Prior to initiating formal proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact taraplay's support team to seek informal resolution of any dispute. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, Players may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through PAGCOR's applicable regulatory complaint channels, as taraplay operates under PAGCOR's licensing authority.
taraplay reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice of material changes will be provided to registered Players via email to the address on file and/or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice, which shall be no less than seven (7) days from publication for material amendments, except where immediate amendment is required by regulatory authority.
Your continued use of the taraplay Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
